These initiatives educated the public on how to administer first aid to accident victims and handle such situations effectively. His campaign, "Take first aid training, become an accident victim guard," resonated throughout Vidarbha and Nagpur, imparting life-saving skills to over ten thousand people.
One of Dr. Rajesh Wagh's crowning achievements was the establishment of India's first Road Accident Disaster Management Center. Located strategically on Wardha Road at Mahesh Dhaba Chowk, this center operates in a high-risk area. Dr. Wagh collaborated with local shopkeepers to form a committee of proactive individuals willing to assist accident victims. Their contact details were prominently displayed, alongside a fully equipped first aid box and stretcher. These committee members received first aid training, ensuring they were well-prepared to provide immediate assistance when needed. To enhance communication, a WhatsApp group was established to facilitate prompt responses in case of accidents.

What sets Dr. Rajesh Wagh apart is his unwavering commitment to his mission. He views his work as a divine calling and doesn't seek recognition or gratitude.
